Deborah Boatman


Deborah is the Founder and Executive Director of Women United for Christ, Inc. (1999) and Founder of Sister Love Outreach Ministries (1995).  As the leader of these organizations, Deborah organized several women’s retreats which focused on the empowerment of women; implemented several outreach programs which provided holistic services to women throughout Northwest Indiana which included the distribution of household goods, clothing, and other items required of women in transition.

Deborah also serviced as Vice-Chair of the Women’s Alliance for Districts 3, 5, and 12 of Northwest Indiana. Deborah is a licensed International Evangelist, having traveled locally and abroad to Ethiopia, Italy, Germany, and England teaching and ministering at various women's conferences and retreats.

Deborah also served as Assistant Vice President Operations, in the Receivables Management Division of Bank of America in Chicago, Illinois for 10 years.  In this capacity she managed over 150 people in eight (8) different units.  She was also a member of the Minority Alliance Council and mentoring program. Deborah has served on several Boards and Committees; the YWCA of Norwest Indiana, WUFC, Inc., The Swan House, Cincinnati OH, and Operation Give Back, Cincinnati, OH.

Deborah resides in Loveland, OH with her husband Matthew, and their two children Tiffani and PJ.  They currently attend Mosaic Church, were she holds the position of Elder.
