Welcome to Our New Website and Brand!
In time for our 24th anniversary, K.E.L.L.Y. Youth Services has undergone a rebrand and launched a new website. On May 5, 2022, we celebrate 24 years of licensed care operating group homes and providing independent living arrangements for at-risk youths in crisis! Since 1998, we have served over 2,100 youths—educating and motivating them to become self-sufficient, responsible, and employable citizens in our community.
To the KYS staff, community, partners, and stakeholders, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for your ongoing support and dedication to the youth we serve. We recognize and appreciate your contributions. Thank you for always being focused on the mission of KYS!

In the last 12 months we have...
- Served 54 clients
- Provided a total of 10,526 nights in placement
- Provided 252,624 hours of direct care
- Delivered 396 hours of client behavioral intervention therapy
- Realized a decline in AWOLs by 4%.
- Seen improvement or maintenance of student academic success for 100% of our clients
- Fostered a graduation rate of 80% for eligible seniors
