Beverly Bussy

Beverly has been an Instructional Aide in the Lakota Local School District for over 20 years, providing educational support to students in small group or one on one in the general education class with various learning disabilities, providing a world-class education to each student.

A current member of National Education Association (NEA), Ohio Education Association (OEA), and Lakota Support Staff Association (LSSA). A 1984 graduate and 2012 Hall of Fame (Track and Field) of South Carolina State University. Master Martial Arts Instructor (6th degree black belt) at New Jerusalem Karate Club. Member of National Black Belt Karate Association (NBBKA) and Strike Force Karate Association.

Participates in various organizations and community outreach at New Jerusalem Baptist Church: Awards and Special Recognition, greeter, Women’s Ministry, Deaconess, Total Women’s Weekend Committee and Carnival Committee. Born in Columbia, SC the third of five siblings, she and her husband reside in West Chester, Ohio and have 2 adult children.
