Crystal L Burton RN BSN, brings over 15 years of rich and varied nursing experience to her role as Nurse for KELLY Youth Services, Inc. Since embarking on her nursing journey in 2007, Crystal has navigated through various healthcare settings, each adding a layer of depth to her expertise. Her career has seen her serving in outpatient mental health facilities for adolescent psychiatry office, and caring for MedSurg populations, including Cardiac Telemetry patients in a hospital setting. Crystal's most recent focus has been in the Operating Room, where she has honed her skills in cardiovascular procedures, demonstrating her adaptability and proficiency across different healthcare domains. 

Joining the group home care setting in September 2021 marked a pivotal moment in Crystal's career. Here, she has found a platform to combine her passion for nursing with her dedication to supporting the health and well-being of local youth. Through her role as Nurse for KELLY Youth Services, Inc., Crystal conducts thorough assessments and provides essential healthcare and education all while ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
