Emily joined the KYS Board of Directors as the Secretary in March 2021.

Working in the capacity of Director in Blockchain Technology, Emily has more than 10 years of experience in coordinating global cross-functional teams, creating customer centric value, and operationalizing strategic plans. Her ability to tap into individual motivations to maximize what they already do best while also creating the right environment, fosters for the team to make an impact quickly. She does this by creating open lines of communication so that all stakeholders understand the end goal and remain grounded in immediate next steps.  Promoting trust and allowing for ideas to fail fast are keys to her success.
