Lisa Moloney

Lisa Moloney has over 25 years of experience in human resources, having engaged with every aspect of the field. She has been fortunate to gain her knowledge of HR through the guidance of several incredible mentors throughout her career.

At KELLY Youth Services, Lisa’s primary goal is to advocate for employees and utilize her HR expertise to assist them with their employment needs. Her skills and expertise include employee relations, benefits management, effective communication, and organizational development.

Growing up in North College Hill, a neighborhood in Cincinnati, Lisa currently resides in White Oak with her husband, Jim. They are proud grandparents to three beautiful grandchildren and cherish every moment spent with them.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys crafting and using her creative mind to make unique projects. She also loves spending quality time with her husband and friends.
