Rhyan McCoy, MSW, LSW (She/Her) is a goal motivated professional who provides interdisciplinary support across clinical and community settings. Specializing in trauma informed, culturally responsive care, Rhyan has a proven record of building programs, strengthening community partnerships, and leading policy improvements.

Rhyan is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor certificate in Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies. As a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio, Rhyan also holds a Masters in Social Work from Widener University. With a professional foundation in both clinical practice and organizational leadership, she is committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
