Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Central State University and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Gateway Community College, Shantee's journey is defined by a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering community growth.

Shantee's career at Cincinnati Public Schools has been marked by roles such as Instructional Paraprofessional, Show Choir/Dance Ensemble Director, and Alternative Learning Center Coordinator, where she excelled in providing targeted support and fostering creativity among students. As the former Advisor for the Men of MORE program at Silverton School, she championed mentorship and support networks for male students, embodying her commitment to inclusive education. Her expertise extends to technology education for elementary grades and personalized support for students with diverse needs, reflecting her dedication to creating inclusive learning environments.
