Sheryce Mundy-Goodwin

Sheryce Mundy-Goodwin, a Cincinnati native, brings a wealth of experience in leadership, community service, and compliance to her role as Executive Director at KELLY Youth Services. With nearly 20 years in financial services and management, as well as a background in in-home childcare, casework, and youth tutoring, Sheryce has a unique blend of corporate expertise and hands-on community engagement. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative, compliance-focused culture that supports both organizational effectiveness and staff retention.

A graduate of Cincinnati Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Leadership & Ethics and a Master’s in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Sheryce also holds certifications including LOMA ALMI and Ohio Life & Health Licensing, and is QBHS Certified. Her professional goal is to equip her team with the necessary skills, training, and resources to excel, encouraging them to serve as positive role models for youth and to inspire youth toward their fullest potential.

Sheryce is a board member of the Nyra R. Shaw Memorial Scholarship and a graduate of the Leadership Council BOLD program. Driven by her “Mundy Mindset” to live and love boldly, she looks forward to actively engaging with community partners and advancing collaborative initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, volunteering at The Healing Center Cincinnati, and reading.
