Yul "Pep" Jenkins | Facility Manager, Semi-Independent Living

Yul "Pep" Jenkins is committed to making a difference in the lives of youth, guided by his personal motto: "Life doesn’t stop due to your crisis—Keep Pushing." He has spent over twenty years working with youth in residential treatment facilities in California and Cincinnati. Born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Los Angeles, Yul attended Long Beach State University.  After playing professional football for the New York Jets for two years, Pep decided to fully devote his life’s work to advocating for youth.

Passionate about youth development, Pep combines his personal philosophy with practical action to inspire and support the next generation. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and playing dominos.
